Return Policy

Contact us at Allfatherkindred@gmail.com with the following information: Invoice number. If damaged please include a picture ( no zip files). Report any damaged or missing items within two (2) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and credit your account.  All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RA #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Allfather Kindred accepts returned items that are in resalable condition up to 3 days  following receipt. Discontinued items are not credited. Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $5.00 handling fee. Returns over 3 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping cost. Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of Allfather Kindred.

Shipping Policies:  Allfather Kindred ships via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated on a per item basis. Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available. You will be unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been shipped. A refused order will incur shipping and restocking fees. An additional $17.00 charge will be applied for change of address, or location change after order ships (per box). The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any state or out of the country. Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct them.
